This piece is entitled "Shinsengumi" which means "special police" force of the late shogunate period in Japanese.
My initial idea was to combine the Western Cowboy Sheriffs elements with the Eastern Japanese Kimono culture, giving it a crossover between cultures and elements of the west and the east and also to show contrast in genders.
There's a story but I'll leave some space for imagination This is fully painted in photoshop with the help of some references. Comments and Critiques are welcome, thank you.
